No, you do not need a referral from a doctor to see a physiotherapist in British Columbia. You can book directly with our clinic. However, some extended health insurance plans may require a physician's referral for reimbursement — please check your policy.
Yes. Mediflex offers direct billing to Worksafe and ICBC for approved claims. You simply need your claim number (WorkSafe or ICBC) before beginning. For ICBC claims your treatment must commence within 12 weeks of the accident date.
